Final project (Last week before DL)

I’ve been working trying to convert the image to a BLOB and then the BLOB to a vector, as read somewhere, but I haven’t found out how, I also read that there’s a function that gives you the size in  pixels of the horizontal and vertical axis of the picture. In this screenshot I was trying with that:
